This was an 8 or 9-point buck, about 179 lbs. I shot it at the old "Beech tree" watch on Porcupine. Dad pushed this one out of the swamp; he was trotting right at me. I was using the .308 semi-automatic Winchester that Ross Biondo sold to my dad. I kept shooting and he didn't drop until he got right in fron of me.
